Bill graduated from King’s College, London, and Queens’ College, Cambridge with LL.B and LL.M degrees in law. He became a partner in Deloitte in 2002, after 24 years with Arthur Andersen. He advises some of Deloitte’s largest clients, both UK companies investing overseas and other multinationals investing into the UK. He is involved with Deloitte’s UK and European training programmes and spends part of his time working in the firm’s UK and European knowledge sharing groups. He is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and the Chartered Institute of Taxation
